3. SHIPPING METHODS.
We like to ship FRAGILE items by air through
Australia Post. For heavier items Australia Post Surface is by far
the most economic form of transport.
4. SHIPPING COSTS.
Shipping costs include appropriate
insurance, and apply to single-item orders.
In cases of multiple-item orders,
where all items can be packed in the same shipment, the total
shipping costs may be reduced. We will accept special shipping
requests/methods from the customer, but subsequent warranties
against shipping damage will be voided.
Any questions regarding
shipping costs, or shipping/payment methods for our international
customers, will be promptly answered by contacting our office.

5. VOLUME DISCOUNTS.
We provide quantity discounts on most of our
products starting with a quantity of 5 or more. Please contact our

6. RETURN POLICY.
If dissatisfied for any reason, you may return
any of our kits or products for a full refund of the purchase price,
minus shipping costs. The only exception to this policy is our
documentation packages, which are NOT returnable. All returns must
be accompanied with a "return authorization" number, which
can be obtained by contacting our office. We cannot provide refunds
for any kit wherein the purchaser has begun construction.

7. WARRANTY
All of our products are guaranteed to be free
from defects in material and workmanship. We will replace, at no
charge to the customer, any items found to be defective, missing, or
damaged in shipment. All warranty claims must be made within 30 days
of receiving your order.

8. DISCLAIMER
Our kits and supplies represent the highest
quality materials available, incorporated into the latest
"state-of-the-art" engineering designs. We must assume our
customers have the technical knowledge and experience to construct
and utilize our kits in a safe and successful manner. We, therefore,
accept no responsibility whatsoever for any misuse by the customer,
nor do we accept any monetary liability in excess of the original
cost or replacement of our kit materials. We are not responsible for
any damage(s) caused by incorrect assembling or testing of any of
our kits.
This includes:
(a) damage to other pieces of equipment
used in combination with or in addition to any of our units.
(b) physical injury resulting from the failure
to abide by generally accepted electrical safety procedures, which
are not included with our kit documentation.
(c) damage caused by fire due to an
unattended unit that is not housed in a proper enclosure.
Since the very nature of kit building excludes
us from the monitoring of acceptable workmanship standards and
electrical safety procedures, we make no guarantees regarding the
conformity of any of our customer-assembled kits to national or
international safety or emissions codes.
