BE CAREFUL using Mosfet devices, to avoid damage from static electricity. L-MOS (lateral mosfets) are usually chosen for audio work although D-MOS, V-MOS and HEXFET devices can deliver superb results if thermal stability problems can be kept in check. Their Vgsth (Threshold Voltage) is higher.
REMEMBER
that the Source and Drain terminals are in
different positions for L-MOS and D-MOS devices.
